This one is not unlike N864GP in that it too used to fly for the UN. Here the operator/flag thing is not the issue, here the issue much more ominously in that we don't get to see where it's going every time it flies out of Niamey. I suspect it may be flying to DR01 which would be a problem as explain with N864GP.Resources
