There's another problem with this machine. Obviously the operator and the little UN flag are wrong. The problem is that this would appear to be an aircraft that was "transferred" from the US -- military most likely -- to Kenya at some point in the foggy past and as so often with transfers it's sending out mixed signals : US N-registration and a Kenyan ADS-B code. Hence the problems trackers have with it. It also makes it hard to know who the owner/operator is.
