Apparently the Czech government/army VIP jet flew to Azerbaijan and appears to have flown back home the next day. The Czech Republic is not a member of the Minsk Group involved with the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia over Nagorno-Karabakh. So, what's this about specially since this is not the first time a Czech A316 CJ flew there : we know of at least one other such flight and one other with a similar flight-number/call sign flying to that corner of the world.Operations
