This the Czech "presidential and official" aircraft and apparently it flew to Azerbaijan ! It's unclear whether it landed there -- why fly there ? This flight does raise a number of questions : Did it land ? If so, why ? What if any role does Czechia play in the peacekeeping accord ?Operations
