This is the second of the Turkish drones to have a legal mode-S address and it's new -- the first time we see it in action. I suspect these two have been given a legal 24-bit address because they are likely to come into contact with other, mainly Turkish and Russian military aircraft and don't want to be mistaken for 'baddies' and shot down.Resources
