This is another one of those odd IL76s after its Soviet days it went from hand to hand through the ex-Soviet satellite states from one cargo carrier to another.It has a Ruby Star callsign and a Belarusian mode-s address.
Very dodgy specially taking into account where it is going : Bayaktar WHQ, where they are made : Tekirdağ.
Another dodgy TD comes to mind : 3CTM06.
