The trackers haven't caught on to the fact that a Bayraktar can't cover over 1,000 km as their tracking maps show and that the mode-s address is being used for active drones as well as those being tested over Keşan airport. So one 001071 was being tested over in Keşan while another -- this one -- was active in Syria later in the day. Another Turkish "cunning plan" working it's magic.
