This solves an earlier vexing problem. Actually I should have remembered from when I looking into Silk Way Airlines' 4K-AZ60 flying to that "out of the way" place the other side of the Bosporus. This is a drone flying over Keşan Airport where drones are being tested and this drone also has a 24-bit address that is already in use. So it would appear that new drones being test are assigned the address of an operational drone for some reason. This maybe to avoid it being mistaken for a foreign intruder by other tracking systems.Operations
