Is it a coincidence this not commonly seen machine should pop up twice in the same day over Incirlik and in this case coincidentally also when there's a NATO E-3A Sentry active near-by ? Is it out there alone or are there 'clients' too ? In fact we've seen this exact same pattern before when the Sentry over the Black Sea. Of course we could just as well assume the Sentry is the KC's 'client'.Operations
