Another Turkish ambulance ! Apparently all these flying ambulance outfits have at least one jet with "Republic of Turkey - Ministry of Health" one the side. This one is going to Africa but not Nairobi or Djibouti like all the others. Turkey -- and Russia I expect -- have their own preferred destinations like Mogadishu or Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania.Operations
