I had noticed these HANDE flights flying these tight patterns before and wondered but since they are operated by a "private owner" according to the provided information didn't dig deeper. Turns out I was right to wonder about a military connection : the Russians list it as "military" and some clicking revealed that 5001 is registered by the Turkish Ministry of National Defence.Operations
