I'm assuming this is a Sally -- NATO CMB -- going There and Back : Chania, Djibouti and back. The Antonov Design Bureau's AN-124s appear to be joining the list of regulars at Chania. To be honest I'm surprised Chania can accommodate a Ruslan but apparently it can and ADB is using it regularly.Operations
