They fly too high and too fast to be TB2s or any other Turkish drone.

Also, the TB2s that buzz around with a legal mode-s address all start with 4b83.
4b82 -- like these two -- on the other hand, is what you will find on regular, manned Turkish military aircraft.

That means there are two Turkish UFOs that like to hang out near the Armenian border.
TB2s were bad news but this is probably worse.
