Judging by the call sign it's been abroad like the Nachshon Aitam and given that their call signs are in sequence : 109 and 110 it appears they were together on a mission.The second screen-print appears to confirm this : the KC-707 was in Greece, so "LGEL" -- the main Greek Air Force base at Elefsis -- is a placeholder here. It gels.
