We know Smartlynx from the Afghani refugee flights from Islamabad.Judging by the WRC callsign/flight-number it could be flying for Ukrainia's Windrose_Airlines.
It's also odd that Latvian SmartLynx has part of it's fleet registered in Malta which like San Marino and the Isle of Man has more registered aircraft than citizens.
