Here's the 787 again.It started out as registration used by Boeing during the tests of the 787 and then acquired a life of it's own.
It's been here before with Biggles and the other vanilla Jetson/EUFI on a Shader mission in Iraq.
I do not know but I guess it's an American special guest.
