CommentHere's the problem with 'CMB', commercial operators used for military transports : since they are commercial can they accept business from the 'enemy' or pick up business on the side from other military customers ? Will they not use the know-how and contacts they pick-up from one customer to develop their business ? How does that work ? I'm sure Antonov and NATO have got this all neatly worked out but what about the cut-outs and the pseudo-CMBs, like...well, the usual suspects ?Operations
