CommentI think this is the notorious and secretive N3867X. Hope to catch it further out as it leaves Accra for confirmation. ADS-B Exchange has been sketchy lately. No idea why the C130 would not show up while the traffic around it does and this is not the only example lately, I'm sorry to say.
Update : 26/04/2022 : I thought wrong. It's not N3867X. Today the civilian C130 came close enough to a properly functioning receiver and the mystery is no more : it's the possibly even more secretive and notorious N3755P aka Notorious P.
