As I suspected this Syrian IL76 picks-up the aid, in Benghazi or Tehran so Damascus can decide who gets what and who not. Aid for the North aka 'Kurdistan' is smuggled in on 'regular' passenger flights from Erbil or indeed Tehran.Resources
