When I saw it I thought "BENGHAZI !!1!" Turns out it did go to Benghazi : "Athens opens consulate general in Benghazi".You don't expect a deputy minister to show up in a beat up C130 to open a consulate but his boss was off to Odessa in the Gulfstream for a chinwag with his counterpart.
