Going by the 4B83XX ADS-B code this could be a TB2. It would be the newer version using a satellite rather than line-of-sight radio communication.We've seen ORMAN02 flying out of Etimesgut Air Base before. Given it's callsign and point of departure this clearly is not a vanilla TB2, if it is a TB2.
