Hehe, it's been a while since we saw this one. Last time it appeared the Twitter-verse went mad with all kinds of theories as to what RMPNT could be. Given the circling pattern it flies the most outlandish theories came up and no one managed to identify the aircraft. Turns out it's classic hand-me-down case : the US military 'transfer' one of their planes to an ally/client-nation, the aircraft is de-registered with the FAA but the recipient does not change the registration or the mode-s address possibly thinking it offers some security. So, this is a little Robinson bubble helicopter transferred to Iraq by the US.Operations
