As so many like him -- looking at you Vladimir -- the pasha never has an exit strategy leaving him only with flight forward. Only the Turkish people themselves can stop him. Unfortunately that means he'll cause a lot more damage before he finally overextends himself and his country's resources and his own people are forced to arrange his exit.
