USAF C17 from Athens, not unseen but most unusual, like RRR5817, the RAF C30J. Also notewothy is the fact that both were in the Caucasus yesterday : the C30J in Tbilisi while this C17 was at the Baku 'hub' with the same callsign/flight-number as today so the Athens visit appears to be part of the same mission.Operations
