LT32 is a 'new' added code for the airport adjacent to the Turkish Aerospace Industries facilities where among other things the ATR-72 MPA is being converted for the Turkish navy.
This is the first time we see a non-Turkish, none-ATR-72 from Italy, land or take off there. Most unusual and a sign Qatar may be buying more than 'just' Bayraktar UAVs from Turkey.
