Comment
The only thing that makes sense here is that DHL Air flew it in from the US via Shannon to Israel for conversion by Bedek like the Amazon 767 in January. So in a couple of months it'll fly out as 737-86J(BCF)(W) : Bedek Converted Freight, Winglets.DHL in Europe doesn't have any 737s in it's fleet they use A300B4s, 757-200s and 767Fs, but they do lease or subcontract a few from partners like ASL and West Atlantic UK. But then DHL's operation outside the US is much bigger. Back in the day when their main hub was still in Brussels, when I was working the graveyard shift there, the CV-580F was the main workhorse.
