I expect this DHL flight to fly into Afghanistan and maybe even change call sign to NAG turning it into a NATO flight.It didn't change call sign, it didn't fly to Lahore, it did fly to Bagram.
Well, it is flying to Lahore following the Turkish and RAF pattern : flying to Afghanistan -- as NATO/NAG -- and to Pakistan from there.
