If this track is correct the aircraft that assures the commercial part of the Turkey-Azerbaijan military air bridge went to an out of the way place. The small airports in that part of the country with the exception Corlu are officially no longer in use but have been used for drone test. So if it really went there *maybe* it was picking up drones to take to Azerbaijan.Resources
