Russian transports into Syria appear to be picking up and contrary to the Tupolev's with personnel, they fly deep into the country all the way to the South and the border with Jordan and they all disappear when they're still very high and fast giving the impression they are actually flying into Jordan. This IL76 is a good 50 km from the border with Jordan and still at flightlevel 290, almost 9 km high up in the sky doing over 700 km/h.Resources
