Qatar invades Africa ! Again ! One of two C17 flying back from Kigali while third is about to land there. What is going on here ? What could they be transporting ? Who for ? And Kigali ? Fishy, very fishy ! Also judging by the flight-numbers there's a couple of flights missing and/or more to come.
