First time we see this 'Wagner'-Ilyushin. Apparently it joined their 'fleet' somewhere in June of this year from Kyrgystan like TL-KPA before it.Like TL-KPA it appears to have met up with a Russian A124, RFF8182 in Latakia.
The Wagner-Ilyushins fly from Syria to 'their' base, Al Khadim, in Libya and then disappears into Africa.
