This looks like a tangled web. The Ilyushins appear to be used to transport military gear from Turkey to Baku in Azerbaijan while their 747s appear to move US military material also to Baku from Hahn. Then there's the Russian Sky Gates Airlines -- which bought one of Silk Way Airlines' 747 in 2016 -- flying the same Hahn-Baku route.Operations
