This is the second AirTanker with a Titan callsign/flight-number we see flying to that area today and now we have both origin and destination so it's eminently reasonable to think AWC641, earlier today flew the same route for the same reason : military personnel transport -- given BZZ as origin -- to Libreville in Gabon near the border with Equatorial Guinea..That leaves the question : why fly with a Titan AWC-callsign/flight-number instead of the classic Ascot RRR. Not once but twice in one day.
