Cunning to outsource the NATO transports to Antonov Design Bureau's SALIS joint venture and unlike the CMB not assign some telltale prefix to their call sign/flight-number, leaving us to wonder : is it or isn't it a Sally ? Is it or is it not flying NATO gear. The only clue we have is the origin and destination.
