This is one way to get military gear into Africa virtually unseen : fly it into Baku -- the US's material transport hubs -- with a pseudo-CMB and then have a big boy like this -- or another pseudo-CMB -- fly it from Baku to it's final destination, in this case Djibouti where even the Japan Self-Defense Forces has a base.Operations
