CommentThis is the experimental ARTEMIS (Airborne Reconnaissance and Targeting Multi-Mission Intelligence System) aircraft by Lasai Aviation the US Army is testing and this looks like another major test run like the one The Aviationist and others reported on. An earlier BRIO01 ARTEMIS test run of attracted my attention. Then I just called it "weird" without digging any further and realizing what it was.
It's callsign/flight-number prefix is BRIO.
