Very unusual to see a Turkish military flight inside Turkey what with Turkey selectively blocking ADS-B data-sharing creating black holes over Turkey into which all flights annoyingly disappear only to reappear at the other end as they leave Turkey, obscuring their route.
This C130 is most likely is flying munitions to the Syrian border.
