Flew into Chania earlier today. As I suspected there is no "private owner", let's call him Mr.Smith, of this jet. On paper or rather the papers to this jet are owned by one of the trusts in Utah. It may be a bit later in the day but I doubt the actual operators are saints. In short word is that this is one of those TVPX owned jets with strong connections to certain agency in the US we can't name except for the fact that it starts with a "C" and ends in "IA".
