Arrived here yesterday which I thought was odd for such a special aircraft -- the Russian equivalent of Boeing's E-4 -- and now that it's flying out it appears even odder : flying out with it is a military personnel flight and a Belarus IL76 military transport. Could be unconnected and a coincidence but still remarkable.Operations
