Bumped into this one over Kuwait. No surprise there, but the call sign attracted attention. Surely this isn't a reference to Hosni Mubarak nor the (planned) Kuwaiti port but rather "mubarak" as in "barak" meaning "blessed" as in "Eid Mubarak" or "Barack Hussein Obama".
