There's an awful lot of things called N3077. From ball-bearings to Star Wars stamps. The FAA informs us that N3077 "has Reserved/Multiple Records".Given it's current origin and destination as well as it's recent itinerary this strongly suggests it's a PMC (Private Military Company/Contractor).
